# Ursula K. Le Guin Prize for Fiction Books

The Ursula K. Le Guin Prize for Fiction is an annual prize for a single work of imaginative fiction. Its stated focus includes ideas associated with Le Guin's work, such as alternatives, hope, equity, freedom, non-violence, and ecological or holistic thinking. This site tracks the prize as a newer award group within the larger SF/F recommendation database, giving readers a route into books recognized for speculative imagination beyond a single narrow genre label. The page keeps the description stable instead of listing current jurors.
